Where do i come from.

So it’s starts with my moms and dad, they both met in high school. My dads family is originally from mexico, Guadalajara. My dads family consisted of my grandpa Jose, i always remember him by his silver lined front tooth and his eye patch, a hummingbird poked his eye, at least that’s what they always told me, then my grandma Herlinda. My grandma was the other woman, the sandal of it all, they feel in love and had 4 babies, my dad, my uncle Pablo who i never met, he died in a car accident, and my two aunts, both close in age but so so so different, the oldest aunt, gloria was the uptight, very proper, well mannered, woman. Who was very strict on table manners & language. I can remember constantly getting my elbows hit for having them touch the table. Then my other aunt “chichi” who was the COMPLETE opposite, she was fun, all smiles and had the cake for breakfast vibe to her, she’s always laughing really Loud about something. Then they moved to El Paso because of work for my grandpa, they had my dad here in El Paso and 17 years later he met my mom at Austin high school. Then there’s my mom, my grandma lived in Juarez and my grandpa, manny lived here, he joined the military when he got out of high school and they would go to Juarez a lot for the dances, and that’s how he met my grandma Anastacia. They got married a year later and had two babies, my uncle mark, who is the token family drunk uncle, i remember many Friday nights hanging out at my tíos house playing with my cousins Staying up while our parents listened to very loudly played freestyle 80s music. Then my mom, Velia. She dated my dad for two years, had me in that time but didn’t work out. She moms meet my step dad parting in Juarez actually, she threw up on him and they fell in love after that, they had two other lil babies my bother and sister. After my parents split up my dad started dated what is my step mom now, they’ve been together since I was one, they has three More lil babies. And now I’m the oldest of all 5.
